We have implemented with Evergreen Security changes to the courtesy vacation checks. As we were being billed for them by the association, we thought it would be more appropriate for Evergreen Securioty to bill the individual homeowner(s).

              VACATION HOUSE CHECKS and PATROL

Vacations are for relaxing, not worrying!

Whether traveling for business or pleasure, leaving for any trip can be very stressful. Did you stop the mail service? Will the newspapers start piling up in the driveway? Are the lights set to automatically come on at 8:00 PM or 8:00 AM? Who’ll respond if your security alarm goes off?

Vacations are short enough without having to worry about your home.

Evergreen Security and Patrol can provide you with the peace of mind and comfort of knowing that someone is watching out for you. We’ll come to your house, stop in the driveway, walk around your property and check to see that all doors and windows are closed and secured.

You can relax and enjoy your vacation, knowing that your home is safe and secure whether you’re gone for a day, a week, a month or more. And, when you get home you won’t have to go to the Post Office, restart the newspaper or get the keys back from the neighbors.

What kind of Service would you like?

Visual Property Inspection- Our uniformed patrol guard will drive to your home or property, pull into your driveway, stop and do a visual inspection from patrol vehicle. Guards will check for open doors and window, unauthorized vehicles in driveway and property damage. Patrols will be done at random times once a day, everyday that you’re gone.

               Rate-  $9.00 per day    Monthly Rate- $247.00

                                                               H.O.A. Member Rates- $5.40 per day     Monthly Rate- $148.00

Exterior Door & Window Check- Our uniformed patrol guard will drive to your home, pull into the driveway, and do a foot patrol around the exterior of your home or property. Guards will make sure that all outside doors and windows are closed and safely secured. Officers will pick up any mail, newspapers and packages and put them in a designated area outside of your home. No home entry will be made by the patrol guards.

             Rate- $13.00 per day    Monthly Rate- $355.00

                                                             H.O.A. Member Rates- $7.80 per day      Monthly Rate- $213.00

Interior & Exterior Property Check- Our patrol guard will patrol both the exterior and interior of your residence. Guards will check your mailbox, pick up newspapers plus do foot patrols around exterior of property. Newspapers, mail and packages will be brought inside and left in a designated area. Upon entering the home we will spot check rooms throughout the house, making sure that no equipment or appliances were accidentally left on. Thermostats, security lights and alarm systems will be checked and monitored. We can also be the first responder to your alarm system. Arrangements must be made 72 hours prior to your departure.  

             Rate- $19.00 per day    Monthly Rate- $518.00

                                                            H.O.A Member Rates- $11.40 per day      Monthly Rate- $310.00
